These terms and conditions are between ShopWell Mall, herein after described as “we”, “us”, “our” and our customers herein after described as “you”, “your”.

  1. Your use of our services constitute an acknowledgement that you have read and understood the most recent version of our terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE SO BOUND BY THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH US.
  2. 2. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without further recourse to you.
  3. 3. You voluntarily without any inducement accept to patronize ShopWell Mall products and services.
  4. 4. That you understand that we are changing the narratives of the conventional shopping system by sharing our profits instantly with you no matter how small:
  5. a) As you BUY from us, we share out profits with you.
  6. b) As you SELL using  our platform to others, we also share our profits with you.
  7. 5. Apart from that, we acknowledge the fact that without customers we are not in business, so we encourage you as our customer to give us or connect more customers to us, by so doing we become one big family under the platform of ShopWell Mall and its range of products and services.
  8. 6. That as our custormer, If you engage in any sharp practice, you will be disqualified without any compensation.
  9. 7. This is not an investment platform, but a platform for buying and selling to make profits.
  10. 8. If you do not buy nor sell after signing up with a plan, you will not make profit.

Disclaimer of Warranty: You acknowledge that your use of the service provided by us is entirely as “it is” and even though the accuracy of its contents have been tried and tested over the years to the fullest extent possible and permissible by the law, we disclaim any express or implied warranties or liabilities of the service herein and that it is at your own risk as no payment made to us will be refunded under no circumstances. We will not be responsible to you or any third party under any circumstances for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages or losses which you may incur in connection with our services.

We exculpate ourselves from all liabilities which may be due to network – internet or mobile applications interruptions.

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the relevant substantive laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. In case of any dispute in our operations, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Arbitration and or Mediation as governed by the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Akwa Ibom State shall be the venue. The decision so reached shall be final.
